Career Coaching Day

If so, then this may be just the opportunity you’re looking for - a free coaching session with a qualified career coach - to help propel you towards achieving your goals.

Vital Village is running a free coaching day on Sat 25 Jan 2025 between 9:30am and 3pm.

We are offering up to 3 local residents a free coaching session with a qualified ILM-5 Coach who is an Associate member of the EMCC. Sessions will be held in person at Vital Village. If the coaching day is a success, we may consider running it again later in the year.

Clare has over 20 years experience working in the civil service including being posted overseas. She’s provided workplace coaching on various topics including imposter syndrome, career development and team leadership. She’s a qualified ILM-5 coach and member of EMCC. She lives locally and moved to the area from central London just over 15 years ago to enjoy a calmer village lifestyle by the Thames and the parks.

If you’d like to apply for this coaching opportunity, please RSVP to the event. You’ll need to outline (in a couple of sentences) the topic that you’d like to be coached on and what your current occupation and job title is. Please also include whether or not you’ve had coaching or mentoring previously, and whether you currently have a workplace coach or mentor. 

Places are limited, so we’ll be looking to sift the most worthy applicants from the people who apply. If your application is outside the selected, we may be able to keep you on a waiting list for future coaching events so please indicate if you’d be interested in us doing so.
